On March 30th, your Facebook pages will have a new look. However, you can initiate the changes now to be ahead of the game The top quarter of your page will have a header space approximately 851X300 pixels. Facebook recommends dedicating this area to an image that best represents your company. In addition, a smaller nearby area will be available for your profile picture or company logo.
Facebook will now also allow you to “pin” an older post in the first position for seven days. This facilitates focusing on an upcoming event or sale that you may have previously posted. It can be repinned for a longer period of time if you need to do so. Watch this video http://www.learnfacebookpages.com/ for a comprehensive explanation of how to change your current fan page or create one. I’d recommend starting to update or create your Facebook business page now. After you’ve implemented your changes, post a link to your page in the comments here so we can see your creativity and “like” your page. I’ve already done my personal page and my two business pages. If you get a chance, please visit my page and like it and I will do the same for you. The link is https://www.facebook.com/EncorePerceptionMarketing?ref=tn_tnmn
